Zucchini in Dill Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 pound zucchini
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon margarine or butter
- 1 teaspoon snipped dillweed or 1/4 teaspoon dried dillweed
- 3/4 teaspoon instant chicken bouillon granules
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup dairy sour cream
Instructions
- Cut zucchini into 2x1/4-inch strips. In a large saucepan combine zucchini, onion, water, margarine or butter, dillweed, and bouillon granules.
- Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer 3 to 5 minutes or till zucchini is almost tender, stirring once. Do not drain. Remove from heat.
- Stir flour into sour cream. Stir sour cream mixture into zucchini mixture. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 1 minute more.
