
Whiskey Sauce

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 beaten egg yolk
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons bourbon
Instructions
- In a small saucepan melt margarine or butter. Stir in sugar, egg yolk, and water. Cook and stir constantly over medium-low heat for 5 to 6 minutes or till sugar dissolves and mixture boils.
- Remove from heat and stir in bourbon. Serve warm.
