Ingredients
- 1 3-ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1 tablespoon catsup
- 1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard or prepared mustard
- Dash garlic powder
- 1 4 1/2-ounce can shrimp, rinsed, drained, and chopped; or 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped
- 1/4 cup finely chopped seeded cucumber
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
- Melba toast rounds or assorted crackers or bread*
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl stir together cream cheese, mayonnaise or salad dressing, catsup, mustard, and garlic powder. Stir in shrimp, cucumber, and onion.
- Spread mixture over melba toast or crackers.
- *Note: Cut white, wheat, or rye bread into decorative shapes with small cookie or hors d'oeuvres cutters, if desired.
