  • 1 3-ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing

  • 1 4 1/2-ounce can shrimp, rinsed, drained, and chopped; or 1 cup cooked shrimp, peeled, deveined, and chopped
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped seeded cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • Melba toast rounds or assorted crackers or bread*

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl stir together cream cheese, mayonnaise or salad dressing, catsup, mustard, and garlic powder. Stir in shrimp, cucumber, and onion.
  2. Spread mixture over melba toast or crackers.
  3. *Note: Cut white, wheat, or rye bread into decorative shapes with small cookie or hors d'oeuvres cutters, if desired.
