Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 8-ounce can sauerkraut, drained
- 1/4 cup chopped green or sweet red pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl combine sugar and mustard. Stir in vinegar, garlic powder, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
- Stir in sauerkraut, green pepper, cucumber, and onion. Cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving. Store in refrigerator up to 1 week.
