  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 8-ounce can sauerkraut, drained
  • 1/4 cup chopped green or sweet red pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl combine sugar and mustard. Stir in vinegar, garlic powder, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
  2. Stir in sauerkraut, green pepper, cucumber, and onion. Cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving. Store in refrigerator up to 1 week.
