  1. In a medium saucepan bring 1 cup chicken broth to boiling; reduce heat. Boil gently 4 to 5 minutes (you should have 1/2 cup). Combine 1/3 cup milk or light cream, 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour, 1/4 teaspoon finely shredded lemon peel, and a dash of nutmeg. Add to broth. Cook and stir over medium heat till bubbly.
  2. Stir in 1/2 cup seedless green or red grapes, halved. Cook and stir 1 minute more. Serve with fish or poultry.
