
Salmon Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups corkscrew, medium shell, or wagon wheel macaroni
- 1 8-ounce container soft-style cream cheese
- 1 cup Buttermilk Dressing (see recipe, page 356) or other buttermilk salad dressing
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon snipped dill or 1 teaspoon dried dillweed
- 1 15 1/2-ounce can salmon, drained, flaked, and skin and bones removed
- 1 small cucumber, seeded and chopped (about 1 cup)
- 1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
- 4 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain. Immediately transfer hot macaroni to a large bowl. Add cream cheese and Buttermilk Dressing. Toss till the macaroni is coated and mixture is blended.
- Stir in milk and dill. Add salmon, cucumber, tomato, and green onions. Toss lightly to mix. Cover and chill for 4 to 24 hours.
