
Russian Dressing

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup salad oil
- 1/4 cup catsup
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar or vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- In a screw-top jar combine oil, catsup, sugar, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cover and shake well.
- Store in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks. Shake before serving.
