Powdered Sugar Icing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sifted powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • Milk or orange juice

Instructions

  1. Mix powdered sugar, vanilla, and 1 tablespoon milk or juice. Stir in milk or juice, 1 teaspoon at a time, till of drizzling consistency.
  2. Chocolate Powdered Sugar Icing: Prepare as above, except add 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder to the powdered sugar.
  3. Liqueur Powdered Sugar Icing: Prepare as above, except substitute 1 tablespoon desired liqueur for the first 1 tablespoon milk or juice.
