
Pork and Shrimp Filling

Ingredients
- one 6-ounce package frozen, peeled, cooked shrimp
- 1/2 cup finely chopped cooked pork
- 1/2 cup finely chopped bean sprouts
- 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon grated gingerroot
Instructions
- Thaw one 6-ounce package frozen, peeled, cooked shrimp. Cut up shrimp.
- In a mixing bowl combine shrimp, 1/2 cup finely chopped cooked pork, 1/2 cup finely chopped bean sprouts, 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh mushrooms, 1/4 cup sliced green onion, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, and 1 teaspoon grated gingerroot. Mix well.
