Pork and Shrimp Filling

Ingredients

  • one 6-ounce package frozen, peeled, cooked shrimp
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped cooked pork
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped bean sprouts
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onion
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon grated gingerroot

Instructions

  1. Thaw one 6-ounce package frozen, peeled, cooked shrimp. Cut up shrimp.
  2. In a mixing bowl combine shrimp, 1/2 cup finely chopped cooked pork, 1/2 cup finely chopped bean sprouts, 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh mushrooms, 1/4 cup sliced green onion, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, and 1 teaspoon grated gingerroot. Mix well.
