
Peanut Clusters

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound vanilla-flavored confectioners' coating, cut up
- 1 6-ounce package (1 cup) semisweet chocolate pieces
- 2 cups peanuts or cashews
Instructions
- In a heavy medium saucepan melt confectioners' coating and chocolate pieces over low heat, stirring constantly. Stir in peanuts or cashews.
- Drop mixture from a teaspoon onto a baking sheet lined with waxed paper. Chill till firm (about 30 minutes). Store tightly covered in the refrigerator.
- Microwave directions: In a medium bowl micro-cook confectioners' coating and chocolate pieces, uncovered, on 100% power (high) for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes or till mixture becomes smooth when stirred. Stir in nuts. Continue as above.
