
Peach-Berry Frozen Salad

Ingredients
- 1 8-ounce container soft-style cream cheese or one 8-ounce package Neufchâtel cheese, softened
- 2 8-ounce cartons peach yogurt
- 1 4-ounce container frozen whipped dessert topping, thawed
- 1 cup chopped peeled fresh or frozen unsweetened peaches or one 8 3/4 ounce can peach slices, drained and chopped
- 1 cup fresh or frozen unsweetened raspberries or blueberries
- 1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl combine cream cheese and yogurt. Beat with an electric mixer till smooth. Stir in whipped topping, peaches, raspberries, and almonds. Pour into an 8x8x2-inch baking dish. Cover; freeze 8 to 24 hours or till firm.
- To serve, let stand at room temperature about 30 minutes to thaw slightly. Cut into squares. Serve on lettuce-lined plates, if desired.
