Instructions
- grease the baking pans or muffin cups on the bottom and only 1/2 inch up the sides. Do this and your batter will cling to the sides of the pan instead of sliding back down during baking. (Don't use nonstick spray coating in muffin cups because it will coat too high up on the sides.)
