Mock Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup dairy sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan combine 1/4 cup dairy sour cream, 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, and 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard. Cook and stir over low heat till hot. Serve with vegetables, poultry, fish, or eggs.
