
Meaty Stuffed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 4 medium baking potatoes (6 to 8 ounces each)
- 1 1/2 cups cubed cooked beef, pork, or ham*
- 1/2 cup dairy sour cream
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 cup shredded American, Swiss, Monterey Jack, or cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Scrub potatoes; prick with a fork. Bake in a 425° oven for 50 to 60 minutes or till tender.
- When cool enough to handle, slice off tops of potatoes. Scoop out centers, leaving 1/4-inch-thick shells.
