
Italian-Style Popcorn

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter
- 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 10 cups warm popped popcorn
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a saucepan, cook and stir the margarine or butter, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder until melted.
- Toss with the warm popcorn to coat evenly, then toss with the Parmesan cheese.
- Cajun-style variation: Omit the Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and Parmesan. Combine 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt, and 1/8 teaspoon each ground white, red, and black pepper with the margarine or butter.
