
Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 2 to 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
Instructions
- Beat 1/2 cup whipping cream till soft peaks form.
- Fold in 2 to 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish. Serve with beef or pork.
- Cover and store in the refrigerator up to 3 days.
- Mustard Sauce: Prepare as above, except substitute 2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard for the horseradish. Serve with beef or pork.
