Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish

Instructions

  1. Beat 1/2 cup whipping cream till soft peaks form.
  2. Fold in 2 to 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish. Serve with beef or pork.
  3. Cover and store in the refrigerator up to 3 days.
  4. Mustard Sauce: Prepare as above, except substitute 2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard for the horseradish. Serve with beef or pork.
