Ingredients
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon finely shredded lime peel
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/3 cup salad oil
Instructions
- In a small mixer bowl combine 1/3 cup honey, 1/2 teaspoon finely shredded lime peel, 1/4 cup lime juice, and 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg.
- Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed, add 1/3 cup salad oil to honey mixture in a thin, steady stream. Continue beating till mixture is thick.
- Cover and store in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks. Serve with fruit.
