Ingredients

  • one 10-ounce package frozen vegetables
  • margarine or butter
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Fold an 18x36-inch piece of heavy foil in half to make an 18-inch square. Bring up the sides to make a pouch, using your fist to form corners.
  2. Place the contents of one 10-ounce package frozen vegetables in the pouch. Season to taste, with margarine or butter and salt and pepper.
  3. Bring two opposite sides of foil together. Leaving space for steam to build, fold edges to seal securely. Seal ends.
  4. Grill directly over medium-hot coals about 25 minutes for peas or other small vegetables (30 minutes for larger vegetables) or till vegetables are tender, turning often.
