
Fried Eggs

Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons margarine or butter, or nonstick spray coating
- 4 eggs
Instructions
- In a large skillet melt margarine or butter over medium heat. (Or, spray a cold skillet with nonstick coating, then heat.) Add eggs. When whites are set, add 1 teaspoon water. Cover skillet; cook eggs to desired doneness (about 2 minutes for soft or 4 minutes for firm).
- Note: For 1 or 2 eggs, use a small skillet and 1 teaspoon margarine or butter.
