Instructions
- When you've whipped more cream than you need, freeze the extra. Just spoon the whipped cream into mounds on a baking sheet lined with waxed paper.
- Freeze till firm, then transfer the mounds to a freezer container. To serve, let stand 5 minutes, then place on top of dessert.
