Ingredients
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese
- 1 4-ounce package feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter
- 1/3 cup chopped ripe olives
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion
- 1/4 cup snipped parsley or finely chopped toasted almonds
- Assorted crackers
Instructions
- Bring cheeses and margarine to room temperature. Beat till combined. Stir in olives and onion. Cover and chill 4 to 24 hours.
- To serve, shape into a ball. Roll in parsley or almonds. Serve with crackers.
