Ingredients

This technique card does not require a separate ingredient list.

Instructions

  1. For easy pies, use frozen fruit and partially prepared pastries.
  2. Packaged frozen fruit comes already peeled, sliced, or pitted. And with frozen fruit, you can enjoy a fresh-baked fruit pie anytime of the year.
  3. Check your supermarket, too, for frozen unbaked pastry shells and folded frozen or refrigerated piecrusts. Each package of pastry shells has two shells and each package of frozen or refrigerated piecrusts contains enough for one double-crust pie or two one-crust pies.
