Instructions

  1. When baking several long, individual, or round loaves of bread at the same time, you'll need an extra large (17x14-inch) baking sheet. If you don't have this size baking sheet, go ahead and shape the loaves on two smaller sheets and let them rise as directed. Then, while you're baking one sheet, place the other one in the refrigerator. Don't bake the two smaller sheets at the same time because too little air would circulate in the oven.
