
Cocoa Mix

Ingredients
- 1 8-quart package (about 10 cups) nonfat dry milk powder
- 1 16-ounce package (about 4 3/4 cups) sifted powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 6-ounce jar (1 3/4 cups) powdered nondairy creamer
- Whipped cream or marshmallows (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl combine nonfar dry milk powder, powdered sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, and nondairy creamer. Stir till thoroughly combined. Store cocoa mixture in an airtight container.
- For 1 serving, place 1/2 cup cocoa mixture in a coffee cup or mug; add 1/2 cup boiling water. Stir to dissolve. Top with a dollop of whipped cream or a few marshmallows, if desired.
- Malted Cocoa Mix: Prepare as above, except stir 1/2 cup instant malted milk powder into dry ingredients.
- Mocha Mix: Prepare as above, except stir 1/2 cup instant coffee crystals into dry ingredients.
