
Cocktail Sauce

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 green onion, sliced, or 1/4 teaspoon dried minced onion
- several dashes bottled hot pepper sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl combine 3/4 cup chili sauce; 2 tablespoons lemon juice; 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish; 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce; 1 green onion, sliced, or 1/4 teaspoon dried minced onion; and several dashes bottled hot pepper sauce.
- Cover and store in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks. Serve with fish or seafood.
