Cocktail Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 green onion, sliced, or 1/4 teaspoon dried minced onion
  • several dashes bottled hot pepper sauce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl combine 3/4 cup chili sauce; 2 tablespoons lemon juice; 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish; 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce; 1 green onion, sliced, or 1/4 teaspoon dried minced onion; and several dashes bottled hot pepper sauce.
  2. Cover and store in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks. Serve with fish or seafood.
