
Citrus-Glazed Ribs

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 to 3 pounds pork loin back ribs or pork spareribs
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions
- Cut 2 1/2 to 3 pounds pork loin back ribs or pork spareribs into serving-size pieces. Place ribs, bone side down, on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
- Roast in a 350° oven for 1 hour. Drain.
- Meanwhile, for glaze, combine 1/2 cup orange marmalade, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, and 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger.
- Brush ribs with some of the glaze. Roast 30 to 45 minutes more or till well-done, brushing occasionally with glaze. Brush with any remaining glaze before serving.
- Grill directions: Cut ribs into serving-size pieces. In a covered grill arrange medium-hot coals around a drip pan. Test for medium heat above pan. Place ribs on grill rack over drip pan but not over coals. Lower grill hood. Grill for 1 hour. Prepare glaze as above. Brush ribs with glaze. Grill ribs 15 to 20 minutes more or till well done, brushing occasionally with glaze. Brush with any remaining glaze before serving.
