Ingredients
- 4 cups desired fruit (see below)
- Lemon juice
- Leaf lettuce
- 1/2 cup Honey-Lime Dressing, Apricot-Nectar Dressing, or Fluffy Fruit Dressing (see recipes, page 358)
Instructions
- If necessary, brush fruits with lemon juice to prevent darkening (see tip below). On a lettuce-lined platter, arrange fruit. Serve with Honey-Lime Dressing, Apricot-Nectar Dressing, or Fluffy Fruit Dressing.
- Fruit options: Choose any combination of peeled and sliced or cut-up avocados, bananas, kiwi fruits, mangoes, melons, papayas, peaches, or pineapple slices; cherries, citrus segments, nectarines, tangerines, or plums; peeled and sectioned oranges, tangerines, or grapefruit/berries (halve any large strawberries); halved and pitted dark sweet cherries; or halved seedless grapes.
