Choose-a-Flavor Milk Shakes

Ingredients

  • 1 pint vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, butter brickle, cinnamon, or coffee ice cream
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Place ice cream and milk in a blender container. Cover and blend till smooth. Serve immediately.
  2. Choose-a-Flavor Malts: Prepare as above, except add 2 tablespoons instant malted milk powder to blender container with milk.
  3. Peanut Butter Milk Shakes: Prepare as above, except use vanilla or chocolate ice cream. Add 2 tablespoons peanut butter to blender container with milk.
  4. Mocha Milk Shakes: Prepare as above, except use chocolate ice cream. Add 2 teaspoons instant coffee crystals with the milk.
  5. Cinnamon-Apple Milk Shakes: Prepare as above, except use vanilla ice cream. Add 1 small cut-up apple and 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon to blender container with milk.
  6. Candy Milk Shakes: Prepare as above, except use vanilla or chocolate ice cream. Add 6 bite-size chocolate-covered peanut butter cups or one broken-up 1 1/5-ounce bar chocolate-covered English toffee to blended mixture. Cover and blend just till candy is coarsely chopped.
  7. Cookie Milk Shakes: Prepare as above, except use vanilla or chocolate ice cream. Add 4 chocolate sandwich cookies or 4 chocolate-covered graham crackers to blended mixture. Cover and blend just till cookies are coarsely chopped.
