Choose-a-Flavor Float

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup desired ice cream or sherbet
  • 2/3 to 3/4 cup desired carbonated beverage, chilled

Instructions

  1. Add half of the ice cream to a chilled 12-ounce glass. Add enough carbonated beverage to half-fill the glass; stir gently to mix. Add remaining ice cream. Fill the glass with remaining carbonated beverage.
  2. Fruit Juice Float: Prepare as above, except substitute orange, apple, or pineapple juice for the carbonated beverage.
