Instructions

  1. Pork cooked with bacon, spinach, tomatoes, or onion sometimes remains pink even when well-done. The same is true of grilled or smoked pork. So, when cooking pork mixtures with the ingredients above, or grilling or smoking pork, use a meat thermometer.
