
Caramel-Nut Pinwheels

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup caramel topping, butterscotch topping, or chocolate-flavored syrup
- 2 tablespoons margarine or butter, melted
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 package (8) refrigerated breadsticks
Instructions
- In a 9x1 1/2-inch round baking pan stir together topping or syrup and melted margarine or butter. Sprinkle with pecans or walnuts. Separate, but do not uncoil, breadsticks. Arrange dough coils in pan atop nuts.
- Bake, uncovered, in a 350° oven for 20 to 25 minutes or till golden. Let stand 2 to 3 minutes. Loosen sides and invert onto a serving platter. Spread any remaining topping onto rolls. Serve warm.
