
Cappuccino

Ingredients
- finely ground espresso
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon powdered cream sugar
- 2 cups hot espresso
- finely shredded orange peel
- cinnamon-stick stirrers, if desired
Instructions
- Brew finely ground espresso in an ordinary coffeepot. Or prepare instant espresso according to package directions.
- In a small mixing bowl beat 1/2 cup whipping cream and 1 tablespoon powdered sugar till soft peaks form (tips curl).
- Pour 2 cups hot espresso into six 4-ounce cups. Add a large spoonful of whipped cream mixture to each cup. Sprinkle with finely shredded orange peel. Gently stir to combine. Serve with cinnamon-stick stirrers, if desired.
