Blue Cheese Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt or dairy sour cream
  • 1/4 cup cream-style cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 3/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons milk (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender container or food processor bowl combine yogurt or sour cream, cottage cheese, mayonnaise, and 1/4 cup of the blue cheese. Cover and blend or process till smooth. Stir in remaining blue cheese. If necessary, stir in milk to make of desired consistency. Cover and store in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
